What to expect from remote coaching with Nick Del Francia, how the program works, and how to decide whether it is right for you.

What is Valley Method?
Valley Method is remote fitness, nutrition, and habit coaching led by Nick Del Francia. The 90-day program combines a personalized training and nutrition plan, daily lessons, reflection, weekly check-ins, and progress reviews. Coaching addresses your body, mind, and everyday life.
Is Valley Method coaching online or in person?
Nick coaches remotely. You start with a 15-minute call, then complete a personal intake if you join. Your member dashboard brings together your field guide, training, meals, messages, and journal so you can follow your plan where you live.
Who is Valley Method for?
Valley Method is for adults who want a personal plan and accountability for their fitness, nutrition, habits, and broader life goals. Your experience, schedule, equipment, and limitations inform the plan; the introductory call helps establish whether the coaching is a fit.
What does the 90-day coaching program include?
The program includes a Personal Field Guide, a customized workout and nutrition plan, a 90-day curriculum, daily reflection and habit work, weekly check-ins, direct coaching, and progress reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days.
How is personalized coaching different from a workout plan?
A workout plan tells you what exercises to do. Valley Method also considers your nutrition, schedule, equipment, routines, goals, and obstacles. Check-ins and progress reviews give Nick the information to adjust your route instead of leaving you with the same plan when life changes.
Do I need to be fit before I start?
You do not need a perfect routine or a history of consistency to have the first conversation. Tell Nick about your experience and current starting point. Your intake covers training history and limitations so you can discuss a realistic route before beginning.
Do I need a gym membership?
Your available equipment is part of your intake and your training plan. Tell Nick whether you train at home, have access to a gym, or have limited equipment so the plan can account for what you actually have.
How much time does the program take each day?
There is no single daily time requirement for everyone. Your route is built around your actual schedule. Daily work can include training or movement, a nutrition target, a short lesson, a personal challenge, and reflection. Discuss the time you can reliably protect during your call.
How much does Valley Method cost?
Pricing is discussed directly with Nick after the introductory call. The website does not publish a standard price or collect program payments. Submitting the Start Your Climb form does not commit you to enrollment.
How do weekly check-ins work?
Check-ins review your wins, struggles, and what needs to change for the week ahead. Your journal and progress scorecard help make that conversation specific. Training, nutrition, routines, and personal goals can be adjusted as your circumstances change.
Does Valley Method guarantee weight loss?
No. Client results are individual experiences, and outcomes and timelines vary. The program also considers consistency, training, confidence, and everyday life. The client stories describe those members’ reported progress, not a forecast for someone else.
Is Valley Method medical or mental-health treatment?
No. Valley Method provides coaching, not medical care, physical therapy, or mental-health treatment. Discuss medical conditions, injuries, and medication-related concerns with a qualified clinician. Coaching does not replace that care.
How do I start coaching with Nick?
Complete Start Your Climb with your name, email, and phone, then book a 15-minute call with Nick. If you decide to join, Nick handles enrollment and sends an account invitation. You then complete your intake and build your Personal Field Guide.
